This wine is special as it is the first vintage produced from the Chardonnay vines planted at Talits Estate in 2020.

It represents the bright future of winemaking at Talits Estate and the family’s passion for producing premium small batch wines.

This wine is produced to our Vintner’s most discerning standards, the wine pays homage to traditional Burgundian winemaking processes.

Malolactic fermentation & lees stirring have created a complex & layered palate of tropical fruits, brioche & subtle oak. Discreet acidity, structured mouthfeel & a long finish. Drink now or hideaway for many years.
