2018 Single Estate Merlot

This elegant and medium bodied Merlot is the result of a 10-day skin contact open vat fermentation, followed by a secondary malolactic fermentation and maturation in French Ermitage oak barriques over 15 months.
The nose and palate suggest plum, blackberry and mint chocolate whilst having balanced tannins and acidity.
This wine can be enjoyed now, but will develop over
a number of years of careful cellaring.
