2021 Shiraz

Talits Estate, our family-owned boutique vineyard, flourishes
in the rich volcanic soils of the Hunter Valley’s Broke Fordwich
wine region.

This elegant and medium-bodied shiraz was
produced by award-winning Winemaker, Daniel Binet.

A cool vintage and 13 months of French oak ageing have
contributed to this stylistically Hunter Valley Shiraz.
The wine bears tight and lengthy acidity, a savoury palate
and balanced tannins that are softened by intense notes of
black forest fruits.

This wine is drinking beautifully now but will develop over the
next 5-10 years of careful cellaring.
