2025 Pinot Noir

A bold, riper expression of this noble variety – with presence and poise, woven from mineral-rich soils and sun-drenched terroir.

Handled with care from vine to barrel, the fruit was harvested before sunrise, cold-soaked for three days, and gently fermented in open tanks before maturing in 500L French oak (20% new).

Aromas of dark cherry and forest floor give way to a palate layered with black fruits, earthy depth, and firm yet balanced tannins.

Polished by oak and lush undertones, it’s a wine to savour now and treasure for years to come.
