✨ New Release: 2025 Talits Estate Sémillon ✨ A bright, pure expression of Sémillon — vibrant and poised, shaped by Rothbury’s deep sandy soils and the gentle rhythm of an early morning harvest. Fragrant with lemon myrtle and layered with crisp citrus, green apple and a whisper of melon, this wine was whole-bunch pressed, cool-fermented, and rested on lees for six months — creating a fine chalky texture and graceful depth. Drinking beautifully now, or cellar for 5–7 years to watch its quiet complexity unfold.
