Le Réserve Privée Chardonnay is a testament to the time-honored Burgundian winemaking techniques. Meticulous malolactic fermentation and lees stirring have yielded a complex palate of tropical fruits, brioche, and subtle oak. Its discreet acidity, structured mouthfeel, and long finish make it a wine of distinction. Enjoy it now or allow it to age gracefully for up to 5 years. This wine has received accolades, including a Gold Winner Trophy at the Hunter Valley Boutique Winemakers Show and a Silver Medal at the Australian Small Winemakers Show.

Our 2022 Estate Chardonnay is truly special, representing the inaugural vintage from Chardonnay vines planted at Talits Estate in 2020. It symbolizes the bright future of winemaking at our estate and the family’s commitment to crafting premium small-batch wines. This wine, produced to our Vintner’s exacting standards, features a complex palate of tropical fruits, brioche, and subtle oak, achieved through malolactic fermentation and lees stirring. Its discreet acidity, structured mouthfeel, and long-lasting finish make it a wine worthy of both immediate enjoyment and extended cellaring. It received a Silver Medal at the 2022 Australian and New Zealand Boutique Wine Show.

The pack is completed with our 2014 Blanc de Blancs, a sparkling wine crafted entirely from Chardonnay sourced from 40-year-old vines. This Blanc de Blancs showcases vibrant citrus, green apple, and grapefruit characters with yeasty overtones. It boasts a creamy mousse, fine elegant bead, and a crisp, long finish, having undergone secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on lees for 7 years before riddling and disgorgement. Awards include a Silver Medal at the Hunter Valley Boutique Winemakers Show and a Bronze Medal at the NSW Small Winemakers Wine Show.
